Here's a Birthday Card I made using the New Close to my heart Chantilly papers. These papers are so Fresh and Springy and I love them! I cut out the circle and scallop from the CTMH Art Philosophy cricut cartridge. I used this darling cupcake sticker but I can't recall who makes it. But it was perfect with the sentiment from Close to my Heart. Button and ribbon are from Close to my heart as well although they are retired.
