I am so VERY proud of my son Dominic! He is 12 and a Boy scout. In just a 6 month period he earned his 2nd and 1st Class ranks!! These pictures are from his Troops Court of Honor where he was given his rank patches and I was "pinned". Moms have a ribbon they wear and as the boys go up in rank we receive a pin as well. He has many years to go in Boy Scouts but it really has helped him and taught him a lot already!! Both morals wise and becoming more self reliant!
The papers I used are from the Close to my Heart Victory line LOVE the browns and blues in this paper pack. I also used the TRINITY alphabet stamp for the 1st and 2nd class lines. I have a Wonderful friend RENEE!! who was out shopping one day for scrappy stuff and found Boy Scouts embellishments made by K & C Company that are Perfect!!
I also went on Boy Scouts of America and printed out the details on earning these ranks. Great memories!
Congrats on your son's achievements! You did such a great job recording these great memories for him. :) BTW, I was thinking how the Dakota assortment looks like scout badges.
